Soooo tired!

I am still not getting any sleep. I lay down and stare at the ceiling every night. I do this for hours. What is wrong with me. Friends keep telling me I need to see a doctor and I wish I could. Problem.... I don't have insurance at the moment and I don't have the extra $80 that it would cost just to see her. So I need to try and figure this out on my own. So what I've come up with is that I'm stressed!

Probably obvious to alot of people considering my temper lately. I'm constantly yelling and have caught myself in tears twice in the past couple weeks over nothing major. I think the stress comes in from money and things related to money. lol So pretty much money, money and definetly money. Where is the lotto when you need it. lmao

So what I've decided to do is meditation before I got to bed and I'm also going to try and do some yoga some nights. I'll keep you updated on how that is going.

Getting our home studio set up to take pictures. Mostly of Tally right now. We decided we are doing her 6 months pictures instead of having Sears or someplace else doing it. So we broke down and bought some black fabric for a backdrop and plexi glass. We are going to try that sometime in the next couple days. Then we have a place here in town to have them printed out into wallets and bigger pics for family. I'm not to sure how this will go but I know Matt can take awesome outdoor pics so hopefully these will kick ass too.

Time to try my meditation and get some damn sleep! Have a good evening and I'll try to update tomorrow on if it worked. lol

I officially hate Monopoly now!

I can't stand it anymore. I SUCK! We will not be playing it again anytime soon. Matt won again. I gave up half way through because he had so many damn hotels that I was dead ass broke! My wonderful husband has finally found a game that he can kick ass at. CONGRATULATIONS MATT!!! Dinner was nice though and we had brownies for dessert... so other than the game it was nice. lol

The best part of the night was seeing my baby girl and then leaving her there for another night. ~hehehe~ My mom volunteered for another night. I really love that my mom doesn't mind watching her one a month, it's nice to have uninterrupted sleep. Also my mom loves having Tally around and she is great with her. Now I can't wait to get up in the morning and go get her. It's nice but I still miss her!!!

I've been filling out postcards for my Sweetest Things buddies for our postcard swap and I'm half way done. Only 9 left out of the 19 that I'm sending. Some were easy to fill out and some were hard and generic since I don't know them very well. I sound so stupid when I write generic. I'm sure it doesn't make sense but who cares. lol Also I wrote crooked on most of them, don't know what made me do that but it's to late now.

It's getting late and I'm tired so until next time....

I'm FREE!!!!

Tally stayed the night at my moms house last night and is still with her until we go over there later this afternoon. Matt went fishing with my dad so I've been free all day. (Well since I woke up at 10:30) lol I'm not totally free anymore... Matt just walked in the door. He can take care of himself though. hehehe

I've been working on cloned names for my Sweetest Things buddies. It makes you feel so good when people like something that you did and ask you to make things for them. I love doing it!!!

I guess I'm a PSP and Photoshop addict now. My addiction is getting worse as the days go by. lmao I'm constantly on the search for more tutorials so I can learn more more more things. All of these Yahoo groups are hard to keep up with. I moved one more to my regular address because I like to keep up with it. So that leaves the two psp tubes groups on my 2GB email at inbox.com that I haven't checked it in a couple days and I'm kind of scared. lol 200-400 emails I'm sure. eeekkkkk!!! So I'm not checking it until tomorrow because I don't have the time to go through it. What's an extra 100+ emails anyways.....

Tonight is dinner and game night at my parents. I'm ready to kick some a$$! Matt won at Monopoly last week and I'm not sure if that is what we are playing or not but if we are .... I'm going to play dirty!!! My mom and I have been slacking lately and the guys have been winning. So one of us is going to win tonight and that's all there is to it. lol Gumbo is on the menu and I actually like my moms so that should be good. So that's all for now. Appointment Time

My baby girl is 18.8lbs and 27 inches long. She is getting big!!! lol Going to be tall like her daddy. I was told to start her on rice cereal today. Every 5 days I can start her on something new. She enjoyed her first "meal" ate almost all of it like a champ. Mommy was so proud! Here are a couple pics from today... some of her sitting and some of her eating!

My baby girl is 6 months today.

I can't believe it's been 6 months already since I had her. Her appointment is tomorrow, so we'll see how big she is getting. I'm guess 17 1/2lbs and 27 inches, we'll see. lol We also get to start her on solids... I'm not ready! She is...but not me!!! So I might have some pics to share tomorrow.

Haven't done to much the past week. Matt is on vacation this week and it's been raining everyday. We keep wanting to get out and take some good pictures of Tally so I'm hoping it will be nice one day this week. Keeping my fingers crossed on that one. Tomorrow looks like rain too.


I've been working on picture and name sigs the past week. Still trying new tuts. Not going to fill my blog with them this time though. lol I joined 2 yahoo groups and I had to open a new email account to keep up with the PSP tubes that were coming in so it didn't bog down my Outlook Express.

Boring!

Nothing exciting going on lately. I've just been playing around on the computer but not really making much. Made a couple of new sigs.



So that's pretty much what I've been working on when not taking care of Tally. I decided to finally do some laundry today. Been out of burp rags for a couple of days, so I've been using those lovely receiving blankets that I don't like. We need to do some darks and towels too. Waited to long. Finally found some of Matts socks that were "missing". They were in a bag of Tallys clothes that I brought upstairs. I'm sure Matt put them in there.

Haven't done any scrapbooking lately. I don't have any new pics and the ones I do have I'm not sure what I want to do with them. So don't know when I'm going to do another one. Matts starts vacation as soon as he gets off tomorrow. I figured we would have plans to do stuff all week so I don't know how much online time I will have. Hopefully more than I think. I am ready to get out of this house though. We will be getting some more pics of Tally this next week though. I plan on taking lots!

Where did the weekend go?

Well it's Monday and I miss Matt already. lol Vacation starts next week so he'll be home with me all next week.. YAY! I may edit this next after he's been home for a day or so. lmao

Saturday night we ended up playing Chinese Checkers and my dad won. We also played Yahtzee and Matt won both game. It was his first time playing too. Go figure.

Yesterday was a very lazy day and I wasn't feeling well. I had a headache and it continued most of the day even after taking tylenol. Matt was very helpful with Tally though. I did make a page yesterday and a new siggie with Tallys name on it. So I think both of them turned out nicely!

Well I guess that's all for now. May be able to update tonight, if not I will in the morning. I'm going to try and work on another page today so we'll see! :D

This is the third time trying to do this post. The first two times I accidently backed out and everything got deleted. I was almost finished both times. Ugh! So lets try this again and this time I'm going to save twice before I finish.

Ok enough about that! Now onto my day. Today was my weekly trip to Super Target with my mom. Went ahead and bought Tally a couple of sippy cups to start testing. Not sure how much she'll like them but I wanted to get her started at least holding them. I put some water in one when I got home and she didn't know what to think about it. She seemed to like holding it though and it didn't take her long to figure out that it water came out of it. I've never given her plain water before so she didn't like that to much. She kept making a face everytime she took a sip. lol *cute*

We went to lunch at PFChang's. My mom loves that place. She is always getting it to-go for herself. lol We had the Northern Style Spare Ribs (always have to have those) then we got my mom's favorite Honey Shrimp and for my choice we got Ginger Chicken with Broccoli. Yum it was all delicious. It was kind of our last restaurant lunch for a while since we are both trying to save money so we went all out.

Tonight is our weekly family night with my parents. This is when we get together and play a game and have dinner. My dad is making his famous Chicken Dumplings. I love them and I can't wait. Have no idea what game we are playing, we've been trying to play different games every week. I'll have to put it in my next post. Last week we played Sorry and I won both games we played. The last one I was sitting on the couch with Tally trying to get her to sleep and they were moving me and I still won. lmao

Tally has been Miss Fussy Pants for the past couple of days. She doesn't want to take her naps yet she's tired, so she just sits there whining. I really think she is teething. Not seeing any yet but she wants to chew on everything. I might as well get used to this it's going to continue for the next year and a half or so.

Haven't been working on any scrapbook pages the past couple of days. I made this one three days ago. lol

I have been working on some new tutorials for PSP and making new names and a new siggie for my February Sweetest Things board. I get side tracked easily on learning new things. So that's what I've been doing. I've also been making simple blinkies. I don't think I'm ready for the flashing kind with the dots rotating. To much working making the dots and getting them even. I'm really bad at lining up things. Trust me on this one.... I suck!

I've been really nice and helping a couple of people on Sheknows. I'm proud of myself for starting to talk to more people. My post are adding up on the board and I joined a new one for my local area. I may even start meeting other mothers near me. I need to find a work out buddy near me, to go walking or something. I have got to get out of this house during the week. If I have nothing to do I don't even take a shower until Matt comes home some days. It's getting me down lately and I hate it. So we'll see how all of this goes.

Alright it's getting late and I need to get to bed. Matt is already passed out on the couch. I'm even going to add this picture because it's so cute. It was taken over the weekend. I swear that most of the pictures I have of Matt and her, they are sleeping! Matt is sleeping all of the time when he is home... lazy...lol j/k he works all day.

Time to restart my journey!

As some of you know, I have been whining about my weight for a while now. I even joined a weight loss journey on Digi Chick Forum with some other digi scrappers. Well that failed and it was my own fault! Just didn't have the drive to get off my butt and do something.

Today I started recording what I eat and what I do. Fitday.com is a pretty decent site for a SAHM that really doesn't have the extra money to start weightwatchers or some other program. It helps keep track of your goals, food, and activity. I'm not on a diet, I'm just controlling my portions. I started exercising to those dvd's I've had sitting in my armoir all this time, decided to go with the Walk Away The Pounds series to start. Did the 18 min 1 mile walk. Whew that was alot of work. lol Tomorrow I think I will do it again and maybe try the beginning Windsors Pilate dvd.

I am determined to real my goal of losing at least 25lbs by the end of the year and when I hit that I will set a new goal. Hopefully I will be to a reasonable weight by next summer!!!

Lazy day

Well I didn't do anything today. Pretty lazy Sunday! Worked on some floatie names. Some were good and some were not. lol If I make one that I really like I will post it here.

So as you can see I made a page and I like it alot. That is one of my all time favorite pics of Matt and I. I really am pleased with the page, especially the crome part at the bottom where it says The Burtons. Did The and the urtons part myself, doesn't match perfectly but it still looks good IMO.

Soooo Tired!

We went to the Gatesway Balloon Festival last night to watch the Balloon Glow, they only had 3 balloons because it was raining before hand and they didn't get to go up into the sky. It was pretty though.

After that we went to Barnes & Noble to look for a Photoshop 1 Click Wow Book and some Oklahoma or Tulsa postcards. Didn't find either of the things I was looking for but did get a different Photoshop book. So we didn't get home til after 10 and then I had to get online and chat for a little while. So got to bed late but didn't have any interuptions and I finally got up at 10 a.m. and yet I'm still tired, go figure!


Tally wore the onesie that my parents got her while in Tunica yesterday. She looked so cute that I had to get a picture of it. Since everyone tells me that she looks like her daddy, it's perfect for her. "If you think I'm cute you should see my daddy"

I was so happy to pick up Tally this morning from my parents house. She looked so cute (as always)! She slept all night, when at home she usually wakes up a couple of times fussing, go figure again! Finally got her some teethers since she is drooling constantly. Not seeing any teeth coming in yet but I'm sure they will be here soon.

No new pages today. Haven't had time to make any. I'm sure I will have more time tomorrow to work on at least one if not two. Jeanne gave me a website for some floaties so I might try that tomorrow also. Thank you Jeanne ;))

Well I guess I need to get ready for our Saturday dinner and game night at my parents house. C-ya tomorrow and have a good night!

A new day and a new page!

I decided to do another pregnancy page. I haven't totally decided how happy I am with this one but I posted it anyway. I love everything in it just don't know if I'm in love with it.

I just love the top ultrasound picture, you can see a perfect profile of her face. I love it! I love it! I love it!!!


My parents are taking Tally for the night so Matt and I can have some us time. This happens about once a month and my mom always picks the weekend that AF shows up, ugh she has bad timing. lol Haven't decided what we are going to do. I'm thinking maybe renting a movie or two and picking something to eat up on the way home. We'll see!

My friend Saria from Arkansas called and told me that she just arrived in town. Surprise visit, since she usually calls weeks ahead and lets me know she's coming. Must have been a last minute thing. Doesn't really matter because we really don't have any set plans this weekend. I'm excited to see her since she hasn't been to here since Talesia was born.

Decided to go ahead and start posting to this blog since I've had it since June.

I made a scrapbook page today and I'm pretty pleased with it. I used one of my favorite quotes that I have found so far. I've used it in a siggie on Sweetest Things but this is the first scrapbook page with it.
